The La Vergne Fire Department Inc. wishes to honor the 343 firefighters who were lost on Sept. 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center Incident.

The La Vergne Fire Department Inc. wishes to honor their fallen chief of 36 years A.C. Wintermeyer. Wintermeyer was chief and co-owner of the department since it was founded in 1965.

The La Vergne Fire Department Inc. mourns the loss of fellow firefighter Jason Hampton Jackson. Jackson a member of the Almaville Fire Department was killed responding to an emergency call on Sept.05,2002.
